About the Author
Howard Teich, Ph.D. is a psychologist and consultant who lives and works in San Francisco, California. In addition to his private psychology practice for over 40 years, he has taught at the University of California, the California Institute of Integral Studies, Sonoma State University, and the Esalen Institute. He is the author of Solar Light, Lunar Light: Perspectives in Human Conciousness. His writings have also appeared in publications such as Chrysalis, Parabola, San Francisco Jung Institute Journal, and Noetic Science Review, and have been included in several anthologies, including Use of Comparative Mythology: Essays on the Work of Joseph Campbell.
